Fund Liquidity Solutions

We advise both managers and limited partners on secondary transactions, helping create liquidity, structure continuation vehicles, and optimise existing portfolios

Strategic Capital Investment

We provide strategic capital through NAV lending, fund commitments, and GP staking, supported by balance-sheet capital from a single-family office affiliated with a listed Asian business.
